Smiths of Taminick are certified with SQF 2000 L3 which is a HACCP based quality assurance program, which has stringent guidelines and audit requirements.                    Our staff are highly trained in all aspects of hygiene, and food handling & safety practices.                                                                                                               Our QA system allows full tracability from packing shed batch, back through every step to the orchard block from which the fruit was harvested.                                   All our quality assurance and food safety procedures are constantly reviewed in order to keep up, with and in many cases surpass world standards.
